Civil Rights – FOIA – Municipal – County Council Meetings – Agenda Amendments 

Lambries v. Saluda County Council Public bodies governed by the Freedom of Information Act may not amend their agendas during meetings. We reverse the circuit court’s ruling that the defendant-county council’s amendment of the agenda during its meetings does not violate the FOIA.
