U.S. v. Rivera-Santana A lawful permanent resident who was deported after multiple crimes, including the fatal shooting of his pregnant wife, cannot overturn his 240-month maximum sentence on his conviction of illegal reentry into the U.S. in violation of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1326(a) and (b)(2).
