Freeman v. Equifax, Inc. Where plaintiff alleges (1) that he notified the defendant-credit reporting agencies (CRAs) that the defendant-car dealership furnished false and inaccurate credit information and (2) that the dealership violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act by failing to act and investigate plaintiff’s allegation of the disputed credit information, plaintiff has stated a claim under 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(b).
