COLUMBIA (AP) — South Carolina offensive lineman Na’Ty Rodgers has been arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor.
Columbia police were called to a disturbance around 12:30 a.m. Sunday and said they found the redshirt freshman acting in a loud and boisterous manner. A police report said officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol.
Rodgers has been suspended from the team indefinitely, under South Carolina athletics department policy.
