Brittany F. Boykin, an associate in Turner Padget’s Charleston office, was appointed to the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates for the 2016-18 term beginning July 1. The delegates help establish policy for the Bar’s 15,000 members.

Elizabeth Smith Owen, a partner at the Rock Hill law firm Morton & Gettys, has been appointed to the York County Community Foundation board of trustees.

Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein has opened an office in Greenville, marking its seventh location. Michael Kozlarek manages the new office.

Megan Sweeney Seiner is the South Carolina Bar Foundation’s new executive director.

Stanley L. Myers, a partner in the Moore Taylor Law Firm, has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates.

Beth Richardson, an attorney with Sowell Gray Stepp & Laffitte of Columbia has been elected to chair the New Morning Foundation board.
