Background: Fitzharris was suspended from the practice of law for three months on Jan. 21, 2016. Fitzharris filed an affidavit requesting reinstatement pursuant to Rule 32 of the Rules for Lawyer Disciplinary Enforcement, and the request was granted, and she was reinstated to the practice of law.
