Anthony v. Atlantic Group, Inc., Even though the defendant-employer’s employee handbooks did not include a disclaimer that satisfied S.C. Code Ann. § 41-1-110, the handbook still did not alter the parties’ at-will employment relationship. The plaintiff-employees cannot point to any language in the handbook that restricted the employer’s right to terminate them at will.
