Joel Smith has been re-elected managing partner of Bowman and Brooke’s Columbia office, and Richard Willis has been re-elected co-managing partner.

The McNair Law Firm has elected four new shareholders at its offices in South Carolina. Josh W. Dixon, Henry W. Frampton IV, and David F. Santos have joined the firm’s Charleston office. Alicia E. Thompson has joined the firm’s Myrtle Beach office.

R. Wayne Byrd of Myrtle Beach will be inducted into the National Football Foundation Hall of Fame at the annual awards dinner for the foundation’s University of Georgia chapter on April 18. Byrd, who is a shareholder and CEO of Turner Padget Graham and Laney in Columbia, was a starting offensive linebacker at UGA from 1965 until 1969.
