Ann McCrowey Mickle can’t remember a time when she did not want to be an attorney. Her career dreams date back to her childhood, and she has long been driven by a desire to impact the lives of everyday people.

“I’ve learned lessons from my clients and fellow lawyers in humility, grace, courage, and determination, and I continue to learn each day,” she says. “Being a voice for injured folks who can’t advocate for themselves is one of my greatest joys.”

Mickle & Bass is a tithing firm and considers its practice to be like a ministry, founded on faith.

“The first dime of every dollar goes back to the Lord,” Mickle says. “We put this language into our operating agreement when we started the firm.”

For Mickle, her rewards come from treating clients like family.

“I love watching my clients move from being broken to mended again, spiritually, physically and financially and having them refer their friends and family to me when needed,” she says.
