Brooklyn Ansley O’Shea, Partner at O’Shea Law Firm, LLC in Charleston, has practiced law since 2016, focusing on ride-hailing and Transportation Network Company cases, sexual assault cases, dram shop cases, electrocution and burn injury cases, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability and cases against government entities. O’Shea obtained a $10.5 million default judgment against a transportation network company and a $20 million mediated settlement against a state agency under the provisions of the South Carolina Tort Claims Act. O’Shea is on the South Carolina Supreme Court’s Pro Bono Honor Roll for assisting citizens who are otherwise unable to access justice. O’Shea noted she does not shy away from difficult cases or corporate or government defendants.
