Amber Glidewell is known as a top commercial real estate attorney and is highly regarded in the legal and business communities.

She earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina, and following a clerkship with Judge Gary Hill, she joined Cassidy Coates Price in 2005 as an associate.

Within five years, she had made partner, and in 2019, she was voted in as the firm’s managing partner. Her track to equity partnership, executive management and firm oversight has been noted as “extraordinary,” and she handles responsibilities of firm management along with oversight of the firm’s commercial real estate practice with proficiency.

In addition to her commercial real estate practice, Glidewell represents borrowers and lenders in connection with acquisition and construction loans.

She is a skilled negotiator in complex situations and demonstrates diplomacy when dealing with internal and client issues by handling matters professionally, successfully and without controversy.
