Samantha Albrecht Attorney The Lovely Law Firm, Georgetown

Samantha Albrecht is an attorney at The Lovely Law Firm in Georgetown and has practiced law for nine years after earning her law degree from Northern Illinois University in 2016.

Albrecht focuses her practice on employment and education law litigation, representing employees in workplace discrimination, retaliation and civil rights matters. Her most meaningful work involves advocating for women’s rights in the workplace, including cases involving sexual harassment, equal pay and equal opportunities — matters she said can have a lasting impact on both individual clients and broader workplace culture.

Her bar involvement includes active leadership within the South Carolina Bar, where she serves as Secretary of the Employment Law Section after previously serving as CLE Chair. She also holds leadership roles in the South Carolina Bar’s Young Lawyers Division and House of Delegates and regularly presents on emerging developments in employment law.
