Bryson v. State Budget & Control Board (Lawyers Weekly No. 010-043-13, 2 pp.) (Kaye G. Hearn, J.) (Costa M. Pleicones, J., concurring in the result only without separate opinion) S.C. S. Ct.

Holding: Petitioner brought this suit seeking a declaration that the S.C. Budget and Control Board’s Aug. 8, 2012 decision raising enrollee premiums for the state’s health insurance plan was a violation of the constitutional separation of powers. For the reasons stated in Hampton v. Haley [Lawyers Weekly No. 010-042-13], we enter judgment in favor of petitioner.
